Battery Type

The eActros LongHaul uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell technology in its batteries. Longer durability and greater power output are their defining characteristics. It might take less than 30 minutes to charge the batteries from zero to eighty percent using a charging station producing roughly one megawatt.

Two-shift operations are possible and ranges are on par with conventional trucks thanks to the megawatt charge and long-range on a single charge.

The vehicle's powertrain is likewise well-balanced, making for a relaxing ride.

Multiple manufacturer-implemented safety features are standard on the eActros LongHaul.

Furthermore, if applicable, legislative restrictions on truck drivers' working hours preclude the necessity of traveling greater distances.

For instance, European Union regulations stipulate that truck drivers can only spend a maximum of 4.5 hours per day behind the wheel before taking a 45-minute break. During this downtime, get some rest and refueling so you can finish the trip strong.
